We offer weekly one-on-one coaching and education services in order to best support you throughout your own weight loss journey, and then monthly maintenance coaching services for one year following to help you stabilize and maintain your weight and healthy lifestyle.

How the Protocol Works
Step 1: Lose
During the weight loss stage, fat loss is optimized through nutritional ketosis and lean body mass is preserved through daily intake of high biological protein.
Nutritional ketosis is a safe and natural metabolic state in which the body burns stored fat for energy.
Step 2: Stabilize
Evolutionarily, the body is designed to gain weight by burning fewer calories while simultaneously increasing hunger and cravings. During the stabilization phase, the body will fight to regain the weight that was lost during Stage 1 by increasing hunger and reducing satiety. At this time, the client and their coach will determine and adjust daily macro targets until hunger is managed and weight loss is stabilized.
Step 3: Maintain
Once stabilization of weight has been successfully established and hunger controlled, the client will enter the maintenance phase. During this 12-month process, a client will work closely with their coach to to receive ongoing support and education that will assist in maintaining weight loss while reintroducing whole foods and increasing macros based on activity level.
